Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Great cover, easy claims process

My young puppy needed major surgery, and Agria not only covered all her trips to the vets, but also to a specialist referral hospital. The claim was way to submit and the payment came through in less than 2 weeks. Could not recommend more highly. And my monthly premiums have not increased with the claim! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022

Great life-long cover

It's been so hard to find pet insurance which covers life long, otherwise, we don't really see the point. We've unfortunately had to claim with Agria already and their staff were so patient and helpful. Overall great service, and all the peace of mind we could ask for. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022

Fantastic customer service.

New policy taken out for my new puppy on reccomadation. Excellent service from day one, sorting Jerry's policy out in straightforward terms. Clear policy wording, and very competitive prices in comparison. A great bonus being regular contact from Agria with puppy advice and updates emailed with training advice, etc. A very customer focused pet insurance provider. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
