Wife took ill in Germany and was hospitalised. All required treatment and supported return to the UK was carried out without any fuss, including sending a UK Doctor out to asses and accompany my wife on the journey. All bills were paid promptly. All clear help me get the travel insurance that I needed staff member took a lot of time taking to me about my needs with my complex health issues .so most important things for me is you get to talk to someone and therefore feel content that I had the right level of cover .staff member was polite and patient with my numerous questions So glad I found them !!!
