Approachable and Helpful Staff

I found the staff very approachable and easy to talk to on the phone. The quote was reasonable and better than the one I had from another provider. Special attention was given to data security after providing the quote then later, after I'd decided to take out the policy, the phone agent was thorough in recalling the terms of the policy, and in making sure it was the right policy for my needs. Area Requiring Improvement

The service All Clear provide is generally good, particularly when providing cover for clients who have received , or are receiving, treatment for medical conditions such as cancer etc. The only 'improvement area' they need to address is in the provision of adequate and appropriate feedback to the client during all the stages of processing and progression of a claim Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
