Wished we'd switched to Allica sooner

We switched business banking providers to Allica after 16 years with the same provider giving sub-par service. The process has been smooth. The platform is great. We are now earning interest on our cash flow in the current account. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

Old style relationship banking with a modern twist

Great customer service stems from my potential new Allica bank mgr taking the time to come and visit us just before Xmas when other banks were already closing their diaries for the festive season. He wanted to make sure we were a good fit for each other and they could meet our expectations, which as a new bank they have done ever since. Better service and interest rates than the big 5

I have been with a Main Street bank for years. I read some positive articles and reviews about Allica and the fact they pay a good interest rate on money not being utilised means they are being fair to their customers. Other banks should take note! The process of transfer was excellent and Fawad kept me informed and advised from start to finish. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
