I've been using Alpha Travel Insurance for about 10 years now and I just trust them. Also, although I have quite a few ailments (I'm 63 years old and have had bypass surgery), the online process to get a quote is easy to follow, requiring only to know your prescriptions(s). After reading all the negative reviews towards Alpha Travel Insurance, I will join them. They take half an hour to answer their phones, they dont reply to emails and they tell different stories every time as they don know what their policies are. This 50% refund is a con in these troubled times especially when travel companies offer full refunds or transfering your holiday to a later date for a better price. None of which Alpha will do. Leave this company alone they are inefficient thieves and liars. Reviewed on: 30th May 2020
