Extremely easy to apply for and be accepted for the cover. We had compared other providers and Avanti covered exactly what we needed. This review does not cover the claims process but hopefully we will not experience that aspect! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Reassuringly thorough complete customer service

Am confident that the customer service advisor has customer interest at forefront of their mind as my cover was specifically tailored to my needs and health requirements rather than just offering only the standard quoted packages. Being a bit over the hill ,and a bit creaky ,with a few bits ready to fall off, you are always worried is this the year I'm not going to be covered. Not so with this mob, easy as falling off a log , not literally as I might not make the cut next time around. Easy as ABC definitely choice for next trip. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
