Discussing finances is still a fairly taboo subject. Especially when it’s your own - and you’re in debt. Therefore when I rang Back To Credit to discuss the way forward, it was one of the most difficult phone calls I’ve had to make. But they immediately put me at ease - and discussed my situation in a straightforward and incredibly helpful way. And they have continued to support me ever since.
