Every staff member I’ve dealt with has been very understanding and amazing towards me and my situation. Very helpful and they should get more recognition for what they do and the help they give their customers. I’ve had alot of debt worries and nisha has alleviated them all by her continued support and understanding, even on a personal basis when I was struggling. She makes all the difference and deserves recognition for it. I’ve recommended back2credit and now family have engaged with this service and are experiencing the same fantastic customer service and care. There’s never any judgement, only support so I’m so so pleased I took the step and engaged with b2c, I’m so much better for it, in terms of debts and also mentally.
