I was really struggling with handling my debt across various different providers. I was lucky enough to come across B2C, who have been amazing with handling my debt for me. I don’t have to do anything other than my annual review and ensure I have the finances to hand over, the rest is taken care for me. The admin fee for this service is something I wasn’t sure on initially, however it is a small price to pay considering I’m no longer scared of having my possessions repossessed or being taken to court. Warm, supportive, and non-judgemental response with careful attention to detail. I found the attention to detail gave me a greater sense of safety than the friendly but broad brushstroke approach of another agency with who I had a debt management plan before signing up to Back2Credit. Back to credit made me feel comfortable in explaining my debt and really helped lift a weight off my shoulders. If I had trouble paying my monthly payment they let me pay it when I could without hesitation. If debt is an issue speak to back to credit you won’t be disappointed at all. When I first signed up to back to credit, I was a bit nervous telling me about my circumstances and when I got into the cool the person who has been to so lovely very efficient very understanding of my issues with my debt and obviously having the one payment method like I pay £150 a month for all my dad and I cannot tell tell you That I’ve been having the best experience with these people. I would highly recommend whoever is in there or whoever needs an extra help with their financial items products contracts whatever that these people will always give 100% customer service. I’m so happy that I actually found a debt company that helps me and not leaves me to do it all on my own. It’s very simple to sign up and they always give you a call and they will explain how it works and what you’re paying towards each monthbut these people are fantastic especially by Rahmah Mughal and Luke Mathews these two people are so amazing at their job they understand my circumstances and they’re so professional when they were replying to me on email or if I have any issues with it I can talk to them but highly recommend whoever is in debt, these people because I honestly they’ve helped me quite a lot Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
