Exceptionally great customer service

The first customer service person I spoke to, took their time to make sure I completely understood how everything worked and told me of all my options. I have never experienced such amazing excellent customer service, particularly helping calm my nerves. I still remember the persons name so many months on, that’s just how great they were.
