I have no complaints about my loan with Bamboo so far. The only thing I would like to change is that the money be taken by direct debit rather than a card charge. It would be simpler in the long term as I wouldn't have to worry about updating my card details when it expires. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022

With my low credit rating I didn't expect to be able to get a personal loan, but after applying to Bamboo I was successful. The whole process was easy, the communication was brilliant and the customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and they deserve to win the award!!
