From start to finish the application was straightforward. The customer service I received was exceptional and most importantly they listened, guided and really supported me. They helped me understand my options but more importantly to me offered a better option of loan to suit my individual needs and not put me in a position where I borrowed more than I actually needed. Which means it's more affordable and will be paid off quicker. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in the position of needing a honest affordable loan from a trusted company to give bamboo a try.
