Having a not-so-great credit report when you do face a hard situation can be bad. This is when your own bank turns back ("sorry, the system says no; check your credit report"), even if you´ve banked with them for years and have kept all the bills and due up to date. Apply in 10 minutes, get a quick phone call to confirm and review things and before you finish your cup of tea the loan is authorised. It will be in your current account later on that very day.
