The application process was very quick and easy and all online and I got a decision in minutes. The same for my guarantor. No endless financial questions or telephone interrogations like other companies. It was all very straightforward and once my guarantor had completed their part I received the money within a couple of hours. I've never had any problems at all but on the rare occasion I have called with a query I have had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and they resolved my query immediately.
