Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

No problems

Never had any problems in the past 22 months of having a loan with them. Customer service has always been good. I would just say though I think the interest on their loans is a little too steep. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

Ive bad a loan with bamboo for over 2 years.

Ive bad a loan with bamboo for over 2 years. Its very easy system to use, Easy to manage my loan too. Ive never encountered any issues using bamboo so I have never had to contact customer service however I reckon if I was to need help and assistance they would be amazing because the experience I have had so far has been incredible and easy.
