The customer service was amazing,the representative was friendly, understanding,kind and supportive. They talked me through everything,answered all my questions and I was made to feel at ease. I currently have a loan with bamboo and they are great at customer services and help where needed. Solutions are always given. The app/website is great and easy to use.
