Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Easy, quick and an understandable on line process.

Easy, quick and an understandable on line process. No fuss and efficient. The payment was super quick and you were kept informed through the whole process. No messy forms to fill in, yhe on line application was smart, no need for a wey signature. All documents are emailed so no bulky paperwork which can be misplaced and/or lost. You can read the information at your own convenience to decide if the product is the right one for you.. The emails also provide contact details if you need to contact Bamboo. Easy to use with clear comprehensive loan details, excellent communication in regard to all queries and also very understanding in relation to various unforseen circumstances that may occur.
