Brilliant service all the way through. Application is easy and straight forward to fill in and complete. Customer service are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to talk to. For a no fuss easy loan you could not do better. Would definitely recommend them Reviewed on: 9th March 2025

Smooth Process but High Interest

Bamboo Loans made the application process simple, and I got approved quickly when I needed funds. The money was in my account without any issues, and I found the service easy to use. However, the interest rates are quite high, and the repayment terms could be more flexible. I’m currently paying off my loan manually to clear it faster, but it would be helpful if they allowed changes to automatic payments. Overall, a good option in an emergency, but I’d recommend checking all repayment options first. Reviewed on: 9th March 2025
