They have been rather straightforward with me and helped me understand the terms and condition. Along with this they always notify me when payments are due and if a payments was not able to be processed. Which then I ensure it is made in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

Turned around a negative to a positive..

I did not hear a great experience at first with my loan when I got into arrears but after trying to pay and explaining the situation the complaints department took me seriously and offered a redress. This has really helped me as I will be able to clear my loan quicker now and eventually hopefully rebuild on my credit Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
