I find Bedford Insurance very competitive price wise and they are always very helpful and professional when I've spoken to them on the phone. Nothing is too much trouble and you get to speak to the same person twice which is very rare these days due to large faceless call centres becoming more and more the norm... I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now due to their competitive prices and I would highly recommend them - in fact I have done so to both my friends and family. Efficient staff who are customer focused

It's always a pleasure to ring Bedford insurance with any questions. The phones are answered by efficient and courteous staff who deal there and then with your query. Payment for renewals are processed and the email containing the documents swiftly sent. I have several properties insured with them and have no intention of looking elsewhere ! I am fortunate not to have had a claim from Bedford but I stay with them because they have kept their prices the same each year, no price increase in 4 years not bad at all...Thankyou Bedford, others should follow your lead...... Reviewed on: 21st September 2017
