Very easy to deal with, happy, helpful,competitive.

Excellent customer experience

Dealing with the Company online is easy and fast. I had an occasion to call direct as I was going to be out of the country at renewal time. I received brilliant customer service,my renewal was completed and documents received about a week before I was leaving the country. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 16th September 2017

Best van insurer ever

This is my 2nd year with Bedford Insurance they give the best insurance cover with the best deals they are easy to contact and any issues are quickly dealt with not that ive had any issues as such only a change of payment date which was very helpful to me and was dealt with a lovely helpful gentleman very quickly with no extra cost.. I was worried about the cost of my insurance being dearer in my 2nd year due to price comparisons but they afain succeeded themselves with a quote that i was really happy with hence staying as a loyal customer... their reward for being a loyal Insurance company with the best overall prices..
