Awful experience never wanting to go through this ever again.

The staff don't know what their colleagues in the office have said, done, not done. In short, having anything to do with them took me to a dark place on more than 3 occasions and multiple difficult conversations. This is my first year with them and it has been very distressing indeed. I didn't even make a claim nor did I need to this was purely terrible based on agreeing the right cover and being provided with the incorrect cover on numerous occassions. My job demands that I have correct cover in place something that should have been very easy but was anything but. I was recommended by my partner to go with Bedford because he was with Bedford for nearly 10 years for his business needs. However based on my experience which he witnessed playing out over several conversations and call backs and wrong cover discussions etc he might not renew himself. The good point thank god for the Manager without which I would have suffered a heart attack for sure based on the induced stress in sorting this matter out. I am scared to renew with them because after a bad first time experience my motto is 'run for the hills and don't look back!' My other concern is what on earth would have happened if I needed to make a claim! Would I have ended up with a coronary in hospital just discussing my claim alone. I would not have voluntary completed this review but I was sent this form to complete so I have completed it. Reviewed on: 11th September 2017
