Extremally unhelpful.

I was told my email cannot be used to create account, although it has been used to tell me about it!!! So I have no access to any documents. Customer service is no help at all - just keeps replying there's nothing they can do - email back to my email address they cannot use!!! Obviously they will charge £30 for the policy that has not even started. Reviewed on: 30th January 2025

Common mods included

Great that they include common modifications without having to detail them all. Many if not most bikers make mods such as adding panniers or fitting improved shock absorbers and it's a nonsense having to list them all Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Renewed my insurance today after a 2 year gap. The girl I spoke to on the phone was excellent she even managed to retrieve my ncd from 2 years previous which saved me money. I'm really happy I decided to insure with you guys again, well done. Reviewed on: 29th March 2024

One the best insurance company what I have so far

Very friendly costumer service and team. I'm second year with them and I don't have any issues. And like for second year I got really good discount on policy.. Scammers

Total scammers. Failed to auto renew my policy..found out a week later and then they add 70% to the premium. Seriously dodgy company and when you want to insure your pride and joy you'll find they've fiddled you. Avoid at all costs if you value your motorcycle Reviewed on: 6th June 2023
