The team were amazing, they helped us through our developer being delayed and loosing our original offer and having to find a new one. They were great from start to finish, great communication and even when you spoke to different team members they knew what was happening in our case and able to support. Had a very smooth remortgage experience with Paolo Saporetti & Kate Williams at better.co.uk after being let down by another lender. Given good advice, lots of options and kept regularly updated. I wouldn't go direct to a bank/building society ever again. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Brilliant at what they do

Our advisor ian was incredibly helpful throughout the process, every step of the way he was there if we needed him. He went above and beyond to secure the right mortgage for us. His knowlege of shared ownership was brilliant aswell he had the answers to our questions, if he didnt he was quick to find the information we needed.
