Great communication throughout COVID

I used another mortgage broker in the past but they really let me down this time around in terms of communication so I contacted Trussle on a whim. They were super quick to respond, explained everything in layman's terms and very proactive - I never had to chase them for any answers. They also got me a brilliant rate I wouldn't have found by myself in a market where deals seemed to be changing and being withdrawn daily - particular shout out to Alston for pulling that off. 'Coming alongside' in a proficient and professional way
