Retirement interest-only remortgage

I cannot recommend Beverley Building Society highly enough. From the initial enquiry to completion of the remortgage my experience was one of friendly professionalism and a seamless process. Maria explained fully all my options at enquiry and application stage offering friendly professional advice and made the application an enjoyable and reassuring process. I felt she understood my situation very well. The product recommended for me was competitive and had a degree of flexibility in that I could make extra payments if I wished to, up to a certain percentage. Alix then took over the administration of the remortgage application, kept me informed throughout with prompt queries and responses. Kate at the firm of solicitors dealing with the remortgage was similarly prompt and efficient and I was kept up to date with the progress of the application. it was a very smooth and pleasant process so a big thank you to the team! Helping us complete our family home

We have a complex build in that our property is grade 2 star listed and has a thatched roof, we struggled to find anyone who would give us a mortgage but Beverly did and they have been brilliant. Customer service is great and there is always someone at the end of the phone to guide you if you need it ! Good supportive service

I was after a remortgage to make an extension on my property and was declined by most lenders since I had purchased the freehold under my name which I thought was the right thing to do! Beverly offered me a built-in mortgage which was very helpful and they did released the funds in two lump sum with the bigger sum first so I can pay the contractor to start the project. Austin from Bevery who was in charge of my application was very helpful and I’m very pleased with the overall service. As an existing customer, we approached Beverley Building Society about renewing our mortgage as its term was ending. Again for the second time we cannot fault the service and attention to our individual needs from start to finish. Jacob kept us informed from start to finish.
