Helpful, respect, friendly

Local and easy access for us, always seems to be plenty of staff to help us and no queues which is a definite plus. This is how building societies used to be before trying to compete with banks ignoring savers. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024

Local, friendly, welcoming

Warm and friendly staff. Could not do enough for us. A member of staff even came with us to find out why HSBC could not transfer our money over to you - said they need a CHAPS number or something. Reviewed on: 10th October 2024
