When I initially rang re opening an account the lady was extremely helpful and supportive. Not pushing me to go online. My name was added to a list to guarantee the current interest rate. Safe, Reliable, Friendly

Staff always helpful and friendly, an account for everyone. I like a passbook to record my transitions but can use the internet to very m accounts.
