I am incredibly grateful to Boom Community Bank for stepping in during a difficult time in my life. When I needed financial support the most, they didn't just see numbers—they saw a person. Their team was compassionate, responsive, and efficient throughout the loan process, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. Thanks to their help, I was able to get back on my feet and focus on what mattered most. It’s rare to find a bank that genuinely cares about its community, but Boom Community Bank lives up to its name. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that puts people first. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend boom

I have been a customer of boom for quite a number of years, they really helped me out when I was in difficulty when I moved into the area, and once all settled they helped with a low cost loan for my sons first car and home improvements. They are better than high street lenders and you can save at the same time so when my loan was paid off I had a nice lump sum to put towards a deposit on my first home. I have and will continue to recommend boom to friends and family and people who are on local social media sites asking for recommendations. Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

Boom cleared my debts and boosted my credit score

Needed to consolidate all my credit cards and store cards balances to reduce interest payments and as a member applied for a loan. Provided all evidence of all my outstanding balances and creditors’ account details. In no time received a call from Boom to discuss the process involved. Following the call they did the rest and settled my debts which resulted, not only in relieving the financial pressures on me but also saw my credit rating shoot up.
