I cannot speak highly enough about the service I have received from Boom. I have a loan which is paid off with my child benefit and at the times I have needed the loan for emergency things the service I have received has been first class. The staff are so friendly and understanding and I have never felt uncomfortable discussing my finances with them. I also save money whilst having the loan so it is a win win. I wish every company had the ethics and the amazing staff that Boom have as it would make things so much more pleasant. Super company. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

The loan really helped me out at Christmas. And it’s even better you save as you pay, so now I have a little bit of money set aside for when I’ve paid off the loan. The application form and process is clear, relevant and straightforward and during the process, in all communication I was treated with respect and kindness. The response was fast and the guidance about next steps helpful and transparent. In addition, the loans offered are competitive and thankfully, I was not bombarded with unnecessary advertising !
