I have taken out a few loans from Boom over the years. I have always found the service superb, easy to use, professional, caring and responsible. Communication is very clear, the website is straightforward and when I speak to them on the phone they are engaged and helpful. Strongly recommend this organisation which provides a vital service. Extremely helpful credit union which helped our family.

I used Boom Credit Union when I just divorced about 10 years ago. The loan I was given gave me a lifeline as I did not have enough money to hire a barrister to represent me at the finance hearing. The hearing went well and I managed to get enough payment for myself and children. The affordable repayment for Boom helps a lot of vulnerable people who cannot afford to get a loan through the banks. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
