Even though some of the staff are still working from home, I've received excellent service and communication through my loan application/process, explained how boom credit union actually works. In time of need

Having got myself in financial trouble some years ago I got in touch with Boom at Crawley Town Hall and given an appointment. Being nervous and ashamed I was first of all put at my ease and quickly helped with sorting my problem out. Since thenI have been helped on several occasions and they even got me saving a little each week, not even missing the small amount saved and surprised how quickly it mounted up..I continue to use their help and will be forever grateful to them. Consolidation loan

So I took a loan out during covid, the process was so easy and every member of the team where amazing to talk to through zoom, they showed amazing understanding I didn't feel judged at all, I was listened too and given further advice off which helped me massively on how to move forward, I can not thank the team that I spoke to enough what they did for me and my son was next to amazing, the advice given has helped us both no end they were respectfully and willing to listen and help and advise during what was one off the hardest times in my life (divorce) the fact I'm saving as well means at the end of all this heart ache for me and my son we will be able to have a lovely treat and actually spend some quality time together.
