Amazing! Boom Credit Union - Worthing

A Booming Great Success!

. I was very grateful when Boom lent me some much needed funds a few years ago.. it was easy to apply & they were friendly & nonjudgmental, which made for a stress free collaboration. The idea of adding a small amount to the monthly repayment was great, as when I had completed the loan, I also had over £100 saved without even realising! I would definitely go back to Boom should the need arise, & have recommended them to family & friends. Boom deserve their nomination & I wish them every success for the awards. Friendly, approachable and non-judgemental

I approached Boom West Sussex after a hard year and wondering how I was going to afford Christmas. I spoke to staff on the phone who took time to understand my circumstances and offered empathy and reassurance. They looked at my request in a fair and non-judgemental way and took the time to explore certain issues on my credit file and the reason that lead them to be there. The staff then asked about my finances and the affordability of paying back the loan. The compassion they showed me was something that I had never experienced from a lender before and when they were certain that all my circumstances were manageable they accepted me for the small loan I asked for. Rather than door step lenders who dont care about the bigger picture and play you with do much interest, Boom really did care. I successfully paid back my loan as my circumstances improved greatly during that period. They are informative and sending monthly emails and keeping their borrowers and savers up to date. The biggest bonus is the savings you build up during the loan time so you always finish the loan in a better position than you started. But it is the staff at Credit Union West Sussex that make them great, they are friendly, fully approachable and non-judgemental. To be accepted with no big charges
