Before covid-19, transactions were mostly in person...

Before covid-19, transactions were mostly in person but during and post-covid-19, services are online. This makes it easier, less stressful and gives one the ability to control his/her money . Loans applications take just days; once checks are done, and if successful, payment is within days. It allows me do other things apart seeing all transactions of repayments and interest. Excellent rates and service!

We have had loans from Bradford District Credit Union a few times. We have saved with them for years and their loan rates are so good that we wouldn’t choose any other lender. We pay our loan and if we over pay the surplus money goes back into our savings account, a great way to save more money! Reviewed on: 8th May 2024

BDCU are a responsible lender. They have refused a loan that I couldn't afford when I was in a desperate situation and assured them that I could afford repayments. They communicate well and do what they say they are going to do. Excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024
