Great experience at Hayes Town Branch

I had such a great service with hand bank in Hayes town.Great service was given by Miss Jatinder .She was very helpful and extended great help.

My son is a student and has an account with HSBC. He has been waiting for a replacement debit card since September, now 3 months.... My son is a student and has an account with HSBC. He has been waiting for a replacement debit card since September, now 3 months. They keep saying it has been sent but it never arrives. We have gone so far as to send him things through the post to make sure the postal system works and they arrived next day. What a terrible way to treat a young student away from home for the first time. He has spoken to several staff but they just don’t care. Luckily he has friends who can give him cash but it really restricts his activities. Shame on you Read more Read less

    Basic things not up to standard

    HSBC was the only bank which accepted me when i first came to UK so i felt obliged to show them some loyalty for a... HSBC was the only bank which accepted me when i first came to UK so i felt obliged to show them some loyalty for a few years. After 5 years i decided to take my business somewhere else. Their joint account offered 2% interest while other banks were offering 4%. Transferring money to my stocks and shares ISA was always a problem as sometimes i had to repeat the process because something crashed mid way. I did not have the same issue with Monzo. My wife had a very hard time transferring euros to her mom's account with HSBC but with Revolut it was a breeze Read more Read less

    One of worst bank, try opening bank account online 20june, got declined, open account with another bank, other bank after opening ACC contacted after 1... One of worst bank, try opening bank account online 20june, got declined, open account with another bank, other bank after opening ACC contacted after 1 month we will be cancelling the account as cifas marker issued by HSBC. Upon enquiring to cifas , they issued letter and advised. I should contact HSBC. Contacted HSBC, they accepted the mistake and open the account and reassured cifas marker will be removed. I was issued with HSBC card and banking services. Then end of 23 Oct, I was using ATM machine and HSBC card was retained and all online banking services blocked. Contacted the customer service and advised to visit branch for further information. Visited the branch and they advised my account has been closed after reviewed. HSBC not connected, I had to attend branch to get information. I will advise everyone not to apply for bank account with HSBC. I am retired pensioner and left with no access to my money and banking services. Read more Read less

    Been a loyal customer for 22 years paying their advance account fees after they took me of of their premium account, several years ago. Contacted... Been a loyal customer for 22 years paying their advance account fees after they took me of of their premium account, several years ago. Contacted them today to use their RAC breakdown cover for the 1st time, started well as RAC mechanic arrived and established the car needed to be recovered, and reported to head office before 10am. Then waited on side of road until 6.30 pm before recovery arrived. Told time after time it would be 2pm then 3pm then 5pm then 5.30 etc until a none stand in recovery arrived, who said they had only been booked at 1.40pm and they have a 4 hour response time agreement with RAC, therefore why were they not booked at 10am when the 1st responder said we needed full recovery. No one could give me a reason, grateful to be home but customer service very poor and RAC should stand for Recovery Always Crap.. Read more Read less
