Easy to use, all I need in a bank

Never a problem, always helpful!

I have my 123 account as well as my mortgage with them and I have found to never have any problems with them, everything works like it should. Additionally, whenever I have needed help (cue me forgetting my pin number etc..) both on the phone and in branch the staff have always been so helpful and sorted things quickly and easily. Complicated finance made simplistic

I’ve been a customer of Santander’s for around 5 years now and not once have a had a single complaint. As a student, their arranged overdraft has helped me out of a pinch or two when payments were late or when an unexpected bill needed to be paid. Customer service is second to none with Santander. Any suspected breach is met with an immediate locking of your account and a phone call to you or anyone listed as close family to alert you of this suspected breach. I would recommend anyone use Santander as they have great account benefits, excellent customer support and offers that aren’t available at other banks. Reviewed on: 6th January 2019

Great account - shame about the interest

I really like my 123 account and credit card. The cash back and interest I earn each month more than pays for the account charge. It’s a shame however, that the interest rate was reduced from 3% to 1.5%, however, this obviously reflects the overall market, and is more generous than most providers. Reviewed on: 5th January 2019

Decent money back

Pretty good account if you have a fair amount of money in your current account, Intrest (Beleive its 1.5%) on all balance up to 20k. The account has a £5 a month fee which is usually covered by the cash back from paying bills and direct debits. Reviewed on: 5th January 2019
