Superb service - can't rate highly enough!

We've used Bright Money Independent for our original house purchase in 2020, and for our remortgage in 2022. We were in contact with Oliver, who couldn't have done more for us. We got a fantastic deal, and I don't think it would have been possible without him. Two years later, Oliver proactively reached out to us to discuss remortgage options just before the announcement of the BoE base rate changes and was able to secure us a remortgage offer just before the rise. Exceptional Service and Fast Mortgage Offers

Clementine and her team provided exceptional support, securing mortgage offers for me on two separate occasions — one for a let-to-buy and another for a company buy-to-let. One offer was achieved within just two weeks, and the other followed very quickly as well. The entire process was straightforward and extremely well-managed. Clementine consistently responded promptly, followed up diligently, and identified the most suitable lenders and deals — including options that my previous broker hadn’t been aware of. Her extensive knowledge, professionalism, and calm approach made a significant difference during what could have been a stressful time. She and her team demonstrated outstanding efficiency and expertise throughout. The results exceeded my expectations: both offers were secured quickly, and the service was professional, transparent, and highly effective. Bright Money's service is excellent. I was able to speak to Clementine within a few minutes of making initial contact. The consultation was very professional, Clementine clearly demonstrating leading subject matter expertise in her field. Documentation was turned around in breakneck speed, with a very courteous subsequent follow up. All in, a great experience, underpinned by exemplary customer-focussed approach.
