no real personal possessions cover

They did not send me the full policy documents - these are meant to be downloaded from the web, but they don't tell you the website address in the official letter. The schedule misleadingly says they cover you for personal possessions, up to £750 for Value or £2000 for Deluxe, but it is only in the small print of the policy documents where they list the exclusions, which is just about everything you may be carrying of any value - laptops, i-pads, mobile phones etc. So you are only really covered for clothes and books.
