Nasty attitudes, bad payers

My sister were a policy holder, she fell for the smarmy actors bullshit on the tv ads. BIG mistake. When time came to claim, it took 7 weeks of stress and blood and sweat to even extract a REDUCED payout from them. They tried every nasty trick in the book, plus a few they wrote themselves to try and avoid paying out. My sister was left nearly 2 months in a funeral home, while we had to encounter aggressive, patronising and sneering call handlers obviously, total disregard for bereaved families feelings, while we were fighting for the policy to be paid. They even had the nerve to demand payments continued AFTER she had died. In short, British Seniors put us through a hell i wouldn't wish on anyone. If you have any sense, cancel your policy with them and find a HONEST company to entrust with your funeral expenses, it most certainly doesn't describe British Seniors. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020

Pressure selling.....avoid !

After filling in my details for an online quote you are cut off rather sharply followed VERY quickly by an agent phoning you ,pressure selling of the worst kind to vulnerable people. Reviewed on: 18th October 2016
