There are better alternatives out there

They make it difficult to claim, they want so much information before payment that I'm surprised that they don't ask for the consultant's favourite colour or what car they drive. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2024

Slow communication and no online portal

Whilst it is possible to claim on line, there is no effective portal where you can view remaining allowances or previous claims.  These have to be obtained by telephone  or email. The latter can take several days for a response.   Reviewed on: 21st March 2018

Very slow to pay out!

Very tedious online submission of claims which now take 10 - 14 days at least for payment of claims if you are lucky! Reviewed on: 15th December 2015
