By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

From the customer service to the fact you only pay for the miles you drive and your safe in the knowledge your car is comprehensively insured all the time you don’t use it is the best peace of mind myself or anybody who insures their car with “By Miles”will have, just a marvellous insurance company. Initial and subsequent interactions with customer service where professional, helpful and friendly. The app has many great features, including a find your car option if you’ve had a busy day and need a little help. I haven’t found a cheaper package around but far from feeling bargain basement, I actually feel like I am covered by a premium insurance provider who really care about my business and my needs. 5 Star service at a fifth of the price. I love how user friendly the app is to help keep track of my driving and my monthly payments. The service is wonderful and the initiative itself is excellent for people like myself who drive to one destination and back majority of the time. This is a brilliant way to insure your car, just pay for the miles you drive. It's that simple and there's always someone online to help you very quickly and also by telephoning in.
