When we were involved in a serious accident and our caravan written off, we made one phone call and the insurers then took over and did everything. We were really looked after including our legal claim against the person who caused the accident. Under the super 5c’s insurance we also got the replacement value of our caravan. There was no quibbling or trying to duck out of it. We would not insure our caravan with anyone else.
