There are 2 kinds of caravanners, those who get the best insurance cover available, and those who, after an unfortunate event has happened, wished they had. I think that CMHC insurance is the best you can get on the market today. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019

Caravan Storage Problem Solved by Caravan and Motorhome Club

On changing back to a caravan from a motorhome my previous insurers would not accept the security of the storage compound I was using albeit holding 40 caravans and motorhomes and my new caravan having a tracker, wheel lock, hitch lock and Sargent security installed for PIR and tilt. Caravan and Motorhome Club to the rescue accepting the storage facility. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019

No fuss Insurance

Whilst traveling to Brighton with Caravan Friends, a tractor hit my mates caravan and kept going, as we were both towing we could not turn and give chase. he then phoned Caravan Club insurance and explained what had happened. Their first question was did he need a replacement Caravan to complete his holiday. On returning home the van was taken for repairs which were authorised the same day.
