We purchased caravan insurance

Why go anywhere else?

Having use Caravan and Motorhome cover for a number of years, having experienced the dismissive, unhelpful yet expensive non-service of a competitor, their service has been exemplary. Always helpful and polite, nothing's too much trouble, rates are really competitive and communication is always friendly, quick and efficient... and on the one occasion I had to make a claim, it couldn't have been dealt with any better! Excellent Customer Service

I seldom rate this highly but had an extremely helpful agent who went through and quoted on different levels of cover. She explained how it all worked with a 5 Yr old van, which made me realise our old provider ( another major caravan insurance provider) was quoting us incorrectly and probably wouldn't pay out in full if a claim was made. We ended up with a significant saving for a more appropriate cover and a higher level of indemnity and accessory cover. I was impressed at the level of understanding and knowledge which I didn't get from my old provider, who I felt just wanted my money not my business.
