Great so far

My renewal only had a very small increase in price, I haven't had to claim so I can't comment on that, every thing has been done online without any problems so it's been great so far. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Damaged Window

A huge crack appeared in our caravans large front window. I made a claim and it was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Unfortunately I had been given a quote for a smaller window. The Caravan Club advisor was so helpful, dealt with my enquiry, a new quote was sent and the difference in price was sent to me within a couple of days. Would never go anywhere else for my caravan insurance. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

An excellent insurance company

Only had to claim once on the ordinary insurance but did have to claim on the Red Pennant many years ago when we were in France. Both times they were very helpful and efficient. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
