Supportive staff

Our caravan is in storage within a site but I couldn’t get in touch with them during their closure and asked for assistance from the club - even though an affiliated site still offered to try and support me if I was still having problems Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Wellrested

Before we started caravanning we had holidays abroad. We were constantly phoned about work related issues that could wait. Our first holiday in the caravan we spent a lot of time outdoors .the peace and quite was just what the doctor ordered . No rushing for breakfast dinner or tea . I'm a chef by profession and I love to cook so I can do this at my leisure. My husband drives for a living so once we are here and hooked up its relaxation breathing in the clean air . I thought carravanning would be a dad but weve just bought a new van because we know we dont want to queue in airports hang around for mealtimes and miss all the beauty in front of our eyes in our own country . We absolutely love spending time in the caravan the sites are immaculate and all the facilities are as well. The staff are more than willing to help and being a member of the caravan club it is so easy to book. Weve even booked our next years holiday and 3 this year Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Excellent service when you get a problem

Great customer service

On both occasions we have had to claim on our policy, we had helpful and very prompt attention. We had already had our caravan stolen about 7 years ago, which was sorted out very quickly, however then had a serious crash resulting in our caravan being written off. This was 2 years ago. I cannot praise the attention we received highly enough and we were able to return to touring very quickly, due to the help we received ..
