Very pleasant and easy service delivered.

When I took out my policy the customer service representative helped me greatly, called back when she said she would bang on time. It has been a very pleasant service so far, I hope I don’t have a need to use my insurance. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

When is a NCD not a NCD?

I found the email correspondence regarding period of NCD a little terse and incorrect. I had provided evidence of a continuous period of time between different insurers but the admin staff didn't seem to recognise the way that insurers like Comfort only validate their period of insurance by letter.
