Easy, straightforward process of buying a car!

Everything has been easy, from securing the loan I needed, paying the money to the car dealership, everything was smooth. When details needed updating it was very easy to fix over the phone. My monthly payments run smoothly and I have no further need to contact customer service. Reviewed on: 10th June 2026

My car broke down so I was desperately needing to get it replaced ASAP. Carmoola app was painless and easy to navigate. The cars I liked were easy to find on the app, I could check affordability without the negative effect on my credit score. I got a new car within one day, all the staff were very helpful. I’ve had a great experience with Carmoola. The application process was straightforward and easy to complete through the app, and I received a decision quickly. The app is user-friendly and makes it simple to manage my finance agreement and keep track of payments. Customer support has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and the whole process felt transparent with no unexpected surprises.
