The whole process was quick, simple, and stress-free. The app is easy to use, the approval process was fast, and the terms were clearly explained. Customer support was helpful whenever I had questions, and I appreciated the transparency throughout. Highly recommend. I used Carmoola to refinance my car in October and couldn't believe how simple it all was. I was given a very quick and finance budget and then just needed to upload a few documents to get the whole thing done. Comms were very clear so I always know how the process was progressing.
