Not great company .desperate for money

Not great company ..was missold faulty van that should have passed Mot middleman advise seller to refuse return ..Oodle didn’t and could choose to force seller to take it back ..after year they lost the case from Ombudsman’s ..After they purposely miss reported on my credit refused to remove it and now after 2 years I guess we are stuck in relationship of going back and foward ..would of rather walked for 2-3 hours everyday rather than do bussiness with this company ..ps they been advised that seller was avoiding meeting to purposely miss28 day window and refused to have look at the van and is it for first 1 and half of a window.. Edit: Just received my DSAR from oodle that just proved that they ar incompleted company they truly knew they can force the dealership to take the van but didn’t bother to do it …reference and picture bellow ..They only got away with it because of lazy ombudsman’s that I am seeking not having to use .. Your Legal Position (UK Consumer Credit Act 1974 & Consumer Rights Act 2015) Because you bought the vehicle on finance, your contract is actually with the finance company, not directly with the dealer. The dealership is acting as an agent or supplier in this case. Them and carplus just baiting for time ..their emails between does not match the haste this requires it could have been resolved there and then dealer didn’t offer repair or replacement which they could ..but oodle didn’t bother ..Other and carplus just wasted time as I been force to pay for engineer check up that they refused to confirm ..this company stretched this out for more than a year Reviewed on: 31st July 2025

Consumer law is not followed!!!!!

sale no problems at all however just past 30days and dealership denies any knowledge so i appeal to Oodles vehicle as not fit for use .No major issues until they agree car not fit for purpose ignored all my emails to reject the vehicle they agree then 48 hrs later change the decision allowing zuto to disrupt .The amount of distress caused not addressed no re-imbursement for 3 diagnostics which i paid myself !!! They gave £175 towards travel just shocking .Vehicle off road from 25th august after retracting their decision !! they have ignored my right to reject suffering extreme anxiety and email me on 23rd dec 1pm no warning no updates but told vehicle fixed arrange collection day before xmas eve. Post christmas they then slap me with a default notice which states i am in breach of contract .I have disclosed my health etc and have had to complain to the ombudsman still ongoing .How can i be expected to drive or feel safe doing so in a car that has been proven faulty at point of sale. Rip off merchants!

Left me with a car that didn’t work. They do not deal with trusted salesman but con merchants! Paid over £1000 to fix a car I had bought via them and when I handed it back decided to hound me for £246 even though I’d spent so much repairing it. This company purely pray on those who have a poor credit rating, their customer service is utterly appalling, no one gives you straight answers and you get passed pillar to post constantly. I made a complaint in April 2022 and it’s now May 2024 and I still haven’t got a response. They’re just modern day crooks in the form of a car finance company and I would never recommend anyone, not even my own worst enemy to use them. I am so glad I wrote off my car, meant that I could stop dealing with this company (luckily had gap too). Avoid like the Black Death plague. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024

My daughter purchased a car through Zuto with Oodle, and a fault was found on the vehicle nothing has been done after 2 months, they have to pay the finance. But still dont have a car, no one responds and it costing daily. And no one cares Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Absolutely shocking. AVOID!!!!

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs. Issue ongoing with dealer since May. It’s now mid September and my car still doesn’t work despite being in warranty when the issues occurred. Opened a complaint and waited 8 weeks to have the complaint closed with absolutely no resolution and I’m now approx £4,000 down with no assistance at all. I’ve just tried to speak to “customer care team” and they purposefully hung up the phone on me. I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding this company at all costs. I would have saved myself 2k if I never contacted Oodle!! Reviewed on: 26th September 2023
